Rebecca Medina is an Associate Attorney at Rinehart Bryant, PLLC. In addition to family law, she has extensive experience as a criminal defense attorney in the Fredericksburg and Richmond areas. Rebecca has also served as a guardian ad litem in hundreds of custody and visitation cases, advocating for outcomes in the best interests of children at the center of family disputes. She appreciates all aspects of litigation, from trials to resolutions outside of the courtroom. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their daughters.
