What can I expect when working with the Rinehart Bryant Team?

Our Approach & Fees

Initial Consultation (Up To 1 hour)

Case
Background

During your initial consultation, an attorney will clarify the laws connected to your case and address any questions you may have.

2

 Build Your Case Roadmap

Our team will provide a clear and concise roadmap for your case, including possible outcomes, potential challenges, and the support you can expect from us.

3

Tailored Fee Agreements

You’ll receive a tailored fee agreement at the end of the consultation that aligns with our services, offering you peace of mind and confidence in our partnership.

Our Purpose: To ensure you get the right help you deserve.

How much will my case cost?

Our firm is committed to providing high-quality legal services; our fees are competitive and reflect the expertise and experience of our attorneys.

We are unable to estimate a price prior to your consultation because the cost depends on many factors, such as:

  • the type and complexity of the case
  • the assets involved
  • how contentious the case is
  • the existing status of the case

However, you will receive a tailored fee agreement following your initial consultation.

This agreement will outline further details of the structure of our fees and provide the initial retainer amount, which will be discussed during the initial consultation.

As a highly collaborative team, we can delegate work to legal assistants and associate attorneys where applicable to save costs, so please let us know if there are any financial constraints that we should be aware of.
